I’m not sure if this book is meant as a spoof or not, but the hitman is seriously careless and Shell is dumb. And Ice and Cade together? Hilarious. I guess, overall, the story is pretty funny. I love how they rationalize everything.

It was so good I literally finished it in two days. Did not want to sleep at all - it was amazing!
Dark hit an Romance that will get your attention
Talk about a nice hitman! Cade believes he’s unlovable and he’s born with a need to kill, like Dexter (I loved that comparison). After he abducts Shell he lets her go but can’t stay away, he saves her from another hitman.
The story moves fast and has hot sex scenes and a very happy ending!
