Rock Talk Canada

For many years there is a mystery around. It goes like this:
If nobody is in the forest, would a fallen tree make the same sounds as it makes when people are present?
Nobody so far was able to answer this question.
But what about the many pebbles you can see on a beach? Are they just laying there and only move, when a wave comes in, and rumbles them? Is that all a pebble does? What about when nobody is around?
Are you one of the young, curious readers, you want to know what is going on there? That it is what these stories are all about and may open a whole new top-secret world for young, and even a bit older, readers.
During their entertaining and funny trip through Canada, the two pebble friends, Francis and Lorie, explored all ten provinces, as well as the Northwest Territories. They not only made friends with different pebbles and toys, but also with people.
They learned something interesting about the different provinces and territories, which may even help you, during your journey through school and life. They also made many friends. From fellow beach pebbles to people, toys, and animals. But not only that. They also rescued some animals, big and small, from certain death.
Francis and Lorie came out from the deeps of the ocean. They also made it in a tiny toy airplane hundreds of feet up in the sky and back down to the ground again. Twice they had to go back into the ocean. But only for a short time and off they were again, flying on the back of a flamingo and together with a friend on the backs of some friendly ducks. The stories go on and on. But Canada is only the first part of their journey. When I wrote the book, they were not sure where they want to go next. The United Stats, or to the different countries in Europe. Well, we just have to wait and see.
I am sure, young children and teenagers will like the stories very much. Even grandmas and grandpas will get a kick out of it. But be careful, they may borrow it and ‘forget’ to give it back. Do not let them get away with it! Be tough, get it back!
Come to think about it, you could also ask your parents or grandparents to give it to you as a great gift. After all, you already know, and therefore a fan, of the unknown and exciting world of ‘things that do not move’.
Rock Talk is the first of my eBooks. If you like it, you will also like my second one, “I will be back”. It is about a little girl. Jenny is in a hospital, dying of cancer. She is, however, not at all afraid of dying. The young girl believes in reincarnation and is looking forward to returning to earth without the pain she has now. And she is right! She will come back. Just not exactly like she hoped. But most important, Jenny loved where she is and what she has to do.
Number three is about “Big Doug”, a thousand-year-old Douglas Fire who used to live on the West Coast on Vancouver Island, Canada. Thanks to a raven, a young sapling grew to became one of the tallest trees on the West Coast and has countless stories to tell.
The fourth book, “Fairy Tales”, tells stories about long forgotten times. Like kings, princes and princesses, cowboys and Indians, knights and soldiers, as well as rich people and bandits. It has something for everybody, children, teens or grandparents.
I know you will love each one of them.
All the best to you,
Eri
