Witty Penelope and Charming Colin story is the best so far. You can see how smart she is and I like how Colin realizes and fall in love with her,
The most boring of the 1st four
This books seemed more about identifying Lady Whistledown. I was bored to death.
Even in fictional world how could a 17 year old, presumably dumb, shy, scared little girl of the ton be Lady Whistledown. The more I read about Lady Whistledown the more annoyed I was.
Penelope & Colin seemed to be forced to fall in love. Like the author was running out of characters to pair.
