Great simple happy eating!
I have this book since 20 years and learned so much from it. The coriander chutney recipe is to die for! I have been wanting to give it to my friend but it was out of print. So happy to find it again. If you like healthy Indian vegetarian food, you will like this book, and you will learn a lot from it!
