They are a constant nuisance, harass their fellow men and drive wherever they should not.



We are talking about ruffian cyclists, also known as combat cyclists or bicycle hooligans. Their preferred victims are the weaker ones, preferably children or old people.



The police are helpless. The frustrated passerby is left with nothing but anger. But one decides to defend himself....
