A quadriplegic narrator bemoans the loss of their body and artistic freedoms. Miserable at losing a personal connection with The Muses, the narrator wilts away in hopeless depression. Then the narrator appears in a strange void in an out of body experience where they meet their beloved Muses and once again feels something worth chasing.
