   A mysterious letter has former CIA operative Rage Doyle traveling to Central Europe. Katerina Bambenek, Doyle's long abandoned love needs his help. Mystery surrounds the deaths of Bambenek's friend and the friend's daughter.

   On the ground in Prague, Doyle is confronted with new deaths—possibly murders, and the distinct possibility that Bambenek's own daughter is in impending danger. During his investigation, Doyle discovers his friend is fighting her own battle, a potentially fatel illness.

   As ominous details untangle, Doyle uncovers a plot to implicate him in the murders. Withe questions at every turn, he assembles a unique team to expose an illegal practice thought to be only a medical concept.
