Sambisa

I began Sambisa: A Classic of Intercontinental Poems on June 16 and concluded on October 14, 2014.

I was writing a hundred lines per hour. I staggered the writing because of other commitments. I was able to spend fifty hours in all. These lines are written in commemoration of the centenary of Nigeria, existing as a nation, a social wedlock consummated by Lord Lugard, the representative of the dominant culture.
