Publisher Description
The international bestselling author of Her and The Social Affair returns with another suspenseful thriller that very well could be set in the house next door.
Jack Mooney, a career criminal, has been in prison for nearly a decade, quietly nursing his hatred for the jurors who put him there. One in particular gets him through the endless days—the alluring Amy Stone.
When Mooney is granted early release, he makes Amy his first priority. To his delight, she's even more enticing than before, and better still, she has a lot more to lose than he'd imagined.
As Mooney's campaign of terror mounts, the police seem powerless to protect the Stone family, who must rely on their wits to survive a psychopath hell-bent on revenge.

Unputdownable
I really don’t know how you keep doing it. Book after book, story after story, I just keep being blown away. From Bedrock to Savage Row I find myself not really being able to put your books down once I start. If it weren’t for family obligations I would have finished Savage Row in one sitting and not two days.
Sure, the ending was a little predictable, BUT... it was so well written! I’m not a person who really has anxiety but this story had me FREAKED OUT. It gave me chills, it made my hand sweat so I could hardly hold my phone and my leg was bouncing none stop the whole time reading it. I’ve always had a fear of having a stalker and this story gave me a big insight into stalking and how terrifying it is for the victims. Which makes my fear even worse now, thanks Britney.
Whenever I write reviews I wish I could use bigger and more intelligent words but that’s just not in my vocabulary. If I could though, I’d use them all because this book deserves that.
Intense and disturbing!
Intense and disturbing!
The ARC that I received from the author came with a warning and even though I know that I'm in for a wild and crazy ride as soon as I start a Britney King book, she managed to surpass herself again and surprise me. Amy Stone and her husband Greg have a nice quiet life with their two children. Until the day Jack Mooney, a recently released criminal, decides it's time to get his revenge on Amy, who served on the jury at his trial that sent him to jail. Then begins a hellish period for the Stone family. The intensity and the suspense only increases the further we go in the book and Britney King leaves us no respite. My brain was in overdrive and my blood pressure was through the roof. I would think twice before serving on a jury. Britney knows how to create scenarios that seep into our thoughts and stay there long after we've read the last word.
