Secret Destinations
Travelling to Diana’s Secret Destinations was fun to read and very much seemed as if I was with her on her voyage of discovery. Knowing most of the area and having driven much of the roads in the book was full of memories of a relaxed holiday trip. Native animals large and small were highlights to be relished and recorded. Amazing high country sunsets so full of nostalgia and thoughts of where we’ve been and the pull of the western sky. This isn’t a “foodie” type of journey or the inside tale of fancy hotels and resorts, but is the way ordinary folk experience seeing new places and the simple beauties of the open road. Take the trip!
