Customer Reviews
Actually smart characters!!
This was a pretty well-written book for a freebie romance novel. A few bits were a little ott/unbelievable (gotta think the staff at the Ritz have escorted the underwear lady out of sight pretty quickly), but the characters were refreshingly actually smart and the author did her homework with the cultural differences avoiding stereotypes and painting interesting and nuanced portraits of distinct personalities. And the character development paid off— the story had me tearing up at the appropriate (no spoilers) moments!
Definitely one of the best freebie novels I’ve read this year!
Enjoyable
A really enjoyable read with great chemistry between the main characters. A few emotional surprises kept me guessing. A wonderful story.
See You Next Fall
While I really enjoyed this book, I felt it was a little too long. I just wanted it to hurry so I could get to the end.
