There's a lot to enjoy in Hartman's debut, from the admirably resourceful heroine and intriguing spin on dragons to the intricately described medievalesque setting and emphasis on music and family. For lovers of fantasy
Amazing book, so glad I took a chance on it. Excellent character development. Don't be put off by the slow start, the momentum builds, definitely worth reading all the way through.
Disappointing
Very slow and confusing. Bought this book thinking it was an audible and was disappointed when i wasted my money thinking it would read it to me.
