Parkson City was once one of the most prominent cities in the United States until the economic downturn. To spare themselves, the wealthy of Parkson pooled their resources into building a massive wall. The people left outside are forced to survive on their own until one day, when a group of kids steals food from the city. When his sister is killed by one of the officers, drunk Robert James is left in the dare of a mysterious elder, who offers him a chance to make a difference and change the status quo. After training for nine years, he enters the walls of the city to find not all is as he imagined—Parkson is in the midst of being controlled by a crime lord protected by a mysterious enforcer. Now Robert must put aside his disdain for Parkson's population and save them as the masked vigilante—ShadowStrike.
