"I have been asked to isolate my favourite event during my twelve-month stay in the strange English village of Shawley Nott. Was it meeting the fortune-teller who read the future in crushed biscuits? Was it the discovery of the Brotherhood of the Headless Chicken and the antics of Grand Master Feathered Rear? Was it the zombies, cream tea wars, poltergeists or the Helicopter Training School for Rabbits?

The decision is, of course, impossible. My stay in Shawley Nott was the most bizarre of my life and the finer bite-sized incidents are presented here for your consumption.
