Shooting Ladders

I’m going to contribute to this letter for weeks, months . . . possibly even years to come. I don’t know how big it’ll get, or when it’ll be finished. Knowing my writing excesses, it’ll probably end up more big than little, and what goes into one section might fit better before a previous section, rather than after it. Generally, I write chronologically, not alphabetically. A section written on Day 1 would be followed by a section written on Day 2 and then by a section written on Day 3, et cetera. In this case, however, I decided that Section A should precede Section B, and Section C would follow Section B. Since it’s the advice that I want to impart to you, I figured that an alphabetical listing would best serve this purpose. Also, this allows for future editing, which a chronological listing does not.
