Silent Wings

A dark angel waited for the perfect opportunity then slipped from the blackest corner of the room. Lilith wondered if she should steal this newborn or kill it. If she killed it, the parents would think the child died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. It would be hard to pinpoint the exact cause of death. The mother had done everything right. The infant slept on her back, with no stuffed toys or fluffy blankets to smother the child. Neither parent smoked, so the lingering fumes were of no concern. The window was closed and locked on this cold November night. That would leave stealing this child a mystery, wouldn't it?

Eve Webber survived the attempted murder. When she is older she has to deal with seeing the angel of death and nightmares that start after a horrific car accident. She doesn't believe her boyfriend is dead and sees him everywhere. Someone has put a curse on her.
