Best Book Ever on Managing
Mintzberg cuts through the nonsense and instead talks in a realistic way about what being a manager is. Every person in a position of organizational responsibility should read this book. I read the original ‘Managing’ as well as ‘Simply Managing.’ Do yourself a favour and read it.
