Singapore Filmmakers Attend American Film Market (Industry Overview‪)‬

Singapore, Nov 2, 2010 - (ACN Newswire) - As part of efforts to internationalise Singapore's media sector, the Media Development Authority (MDA) and International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) will jointly lead a delegation of 11 Singapore companies on a business mission to Hollywood in conjunction with the American Film Market, which will take place in Santa Monica, United States, from 3 to 10 November. Rated one of the top three film market events globally, the American Film Market 2010 is set to attract 8,000 participants from over the world. For the sixth year running, MDA will promote its location services at the market through a Location Singapore booth, which acts as a one-stop information centre for local and international filmmakers who wish to film in Singapore.
