Sister Love

It never bothered thirteen year old Alexis that she was an only child. A daddy's girl, her relationship with her father Ray Jones had been more than any girl could ask for. Besides, her best friends Tiffany and Heaven were all the sisters she needed.

 With her parents recently divorced, however, Ally is spending less time with her father and more time with her friends. As the summer before freshman year comes to a close, their bond is threatened when Ally's parents decide on a high school different than what her 'sisters' will attend.

 Ray is focused on his daughter's scholastic opportunities, but that should be the least of his worries. Through a series of relationships, Alexis is receiving a social education that her parents couldn't imagine. In the absence of her father's stable shoulder and with the increasing distance from her best friends, what will she choose? As she navigates through the beginning of her high school years, will Alexis redefine her definition of sister love?
