An ancient treasure is unearthed from an Egyptian cave by a poor man and he instantly becomes rich beyond his wildest dreams.

But one of the artifacts carries a terrible secret. Queen Sobekkare placed a curse upon it thousands of years ago, a curse that is now striking horses with a mysterious, fatal illness.

Jumana is shocked when her family’s prized horses go missing. She follows their tracks into the desert and discovers them with a very strange girl who asks her to undertake a very strange task: stop the curse by finding and returning the artifact before it is too late.
