Solomon Dozen

Solomon Nassau is a octogenarian and a dirty old man. After losing his wife, the love of his life, he decides to be pro-active and not just wait to die. He does not want to go out with a wimper. His libido, stimulated by a performance of Don Giovanni, he gets the idea to emulate the Don and try his hand at becoming a womanizer. He spends ten years chasing women and finds out that it is not easy to be a real lothario and the relationships turn out to be very different than he expected. The writer on the other hand is a youngish man wondering what he can expect for himself, sexually, when he gets older. He seeks out Solomon and spends months interviewing him. This book has the writer selecting twelve escapades with twelve different women from Solomon's notebook, his “catalogo.” The erotic sexual details are deliberately left in so that you don't miss the fun. But it makes this book X-rated.
