Something In Between

This is a collection of short stories and poems on life, love, loss, faith and dreams. It explores the many obstacles and struggles—both external and internal—that people go through in between the "Once upon a time…" and "…happily ever after"; that is, if they ever get to the happy.

There will be THAT stranger and the chemical stolen glances you keep giving. There will be THAT crush whom you can't get up the nerve to talk to. There will be THAT friend whom you have a confession to make. There will be THAT love that you will either keep or let go of…. THAT wall of sticky notes that may or may not bring two strangers together … THAT talking dead girl who have yet to learn what it means to live… THAT meeting of Dream and Reality that will traverse and conquer several universes… THAT set of flowing tears that heals lives and break hearts… and THAT life-altering conversation over a cup of coffee.

The work includes a set of plot and characters entwined by space, time and circumstances, that may just make you realize that life does come in full circle, and that sometimes, the "…ever after" may just be the beginning.
