Heroism
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. A bit slow to start as mentioned, but an utterly amazing true story of grit, determination and the will to survive. The world needs strong masculine men!
Fascinating Read
Although a little slow at the beginning and briefly at the end I found this to be a super fun read. Good amount of detail and crazy to read about how they did Antarctic exploration back in the day. Every once in a while Shackleton will jump back a couple months to provide additional details so watch out for that, but he always provides dates so its easy enough to catch.
Despite these flaws I would highly recommend the book to anyone looking for their next informative yet enjoyable read.
