After five years in a coma, Jimmy Marsh is back, seeking his revenge on his little brother, Jacob. Only this time, there’s nobody around to save him. Like all, everyone needs a vacation; and Jacob takes the opportunity to get away from it all. Unfortunately, this dream vacation ends up turning into a living nightmare.
