State v. Davis

1 This appeal arises from the latest in a series of motions filed by Ontario Antwan Davis following his 1997 criminal convictions. By decision and order dated December 10, 2007, the circuit court denied both Daviss motion for relief from an allegedly void sentence and his motion for relief from post-conviction orders entered in 2006. We affirm.
