In 1947 two years after World War two, America started to clean up the Nazi mess in France, and discovered one of the most shocking secrets of the Nazi's war machine a blue bloodstained room which had dead extraterrestrial bodies within it.
Wood from the prior White House found its way to France, opening a Sub Dimension; these small creatures were from another dimension altering space & time forever. China rose from their ashes, and then became a new world ruler called Global Star.
