Sugar Monster

The author takes us inside a day of the life of Junior, a 5-year-old little boy who absolutely loves sugary foods. Alee, Junior’s mom, cautions him about his determination to get sugar rich foods despite all of her effort to ensure he has a healthy diet. One day, Junior has to go for a dental check-up, where he finds out his poor snacking habits has caused a cavity! Dr. Pearls now must fix his tooth by placing a filling. Juniors experience allows him to realize that bad food choices and poor oral hygiene may encourage sugar monsters to cause tooth decay.
