Sundown

What is it about that cursed playground that keeps drawing me back? The more it decays, the more haunted I am by that mystery twenty years ago that we never spoke of after that strange October day.  Then the call came, and it was beyond control the moment the sun sank below the horizon and destiny drew me back to finish what it started.
