Difficult and disappointing

I loved the first book in this series. The second book was ok. This one was not enjoyable at all. It was truly a struggle to read and badly needed strong editing which it clearly didn’t receive. It’s too bad because the series began with such wonderful promise.

Epic

This book is the culmination of an amazing epic adventure. I found it equally captivating as the first three books, with some real surprises. It made me wanting more!

Not as good as the first 3

The first 3 books in the series were great. This one could have been half as long with out affecting the story. The ending wasn't believable. It felt like it got pulled out of thin air.
