T'ai Chi Ch'uan for Health and Self-Defense

This book is only useful for more advanced practitioners of Taiji. Without having already received instruction from a good teacher for some time, one would not be able to understand the principles of Taiji explained in the book. There is a good deal of repetition from one chapter to another. However, if one were serious about learning Taiji, one should read this book.
