Herman in turn relies on his top supervisor (Meanie) to carry out his orders, as well as… Meanwhile, Meanie’s twin sister Queenie, who is the polar opposite of Meanie, is off in the mountains of the mythical country of Tibal, seeking inner peace. Circumstances will eventually turn topsy-turvy.
