This story deals with one of the most thought about subjects and talked about events in the universe. That is the fear of the unknown. No one really understands what it is like to die. Even worse; what if something went wrong and you were not really dead, but everyone thought you were? What if you were pronounced deceased by the medical community? What if you couldn't do anything about it? What if all your loved ones and friends thought you had, as they put it, 'passed'?

What if you were so paranoid of dying you created an outline of how you wanted your body managed once you had been pronounced dead? What if you took every precaution to prevent... Yes the unthinkable... Being buried alive? What if you were very much cognizant, but were unable to convey this to anyone? What if you put your thoughts into actions and prepared ahead of time with a type of death-kit? 

Pat Faros was a relatively healthy widow that had just turned sixty-five and feared she would not live another year. That was how old her mother had been when she passed away. Pat planned to have a special casket made by her brother that would have the bells and whistles that one would need to survive a horrendous mistake.
