Templates - a Draft of Poems is a volume composed of eighty poems by the author and writer Frank McGillion. Thematically the works are diverse and include both traditional and modern forms. Many emphasize a style of writing evident in some of his literary work where focusing on nature is used as metaphor more radically than usual. This almost pantheistic setting is used at times to profound effect. However the works include more conventional techniques and have a mosaic of themes pertinent to the art of poetry.
