Tezcatlipoca

A student reference guide.  This work on the study of the religion of the Aztec of Mexico is focused on the major deity Tezcatlipoca and his role in pre conquest era Mexico.  Included are religious practices and rites dedicated to this deity, "the mirror that smokes".


Also included is a chapter on various Cultural Topics relating to the yearly functions that Tezcatlipoca was featured in as well as other selected deities.  An extensive reference list is included for further research.
