That Was Then

With some of these stories successfully broadcast and published as individual titles, including the atmospheric ‘Days of Swine and Rosie’, broadcast on BBC Radio 4, this is a collection of short stories set to make readers reflect deeply on human kind.

Sometimes philosophical, occasionally controversial, often short and pithy, these stories encapsulate the many thoughts and imaginings, and sometimes real experiences, of a much travelled resident of planet Earth. 

In the words of that resident and author: ‘To the reader one can only give advice to never stop a good story-teller in the middle of his discourse to ask if it was true – that way lies danger. And if, having read the book, you would scoff at another man’s biases, you are thereby only revealing your own.’
