This book is so eye opening. One simple tool 5-4-3-2-1 move. I’ve used it to get up, to get moving, to tackle those tasks I don’t want to do, to adjust my mindset, etc. Will be reading this one again and sharing with my team.
There’s Hope
Thank you Mel for this Amazing book. I’m having to re-Read it as I get overwhelmed and forget things unless I write them down lately....so many great things to do with this 5 sec Rule. Mine is fear and anxiety. I know I’m smart and can do anything I put my mind to, but then I get overwhelmed when I have to make the calls. Which I work from home and one of only sources. The Rule is slowly kicking in. Thanks for explaining why this happens. Full of Gratitude
