In this book the author shares a number of columns she published on various media, in order to give more insight and inspiration on the art of sitting on your hands. The basics of this is called Not Doing. 

When sitting on your hands, the other person has the change to find an answer, start an action or initiates something. Often enough we are too fast and take away the opportunity for others to contribute.
