The Ashen Dream

Arudin Lazt Knorr, born of unique racial origins, is destined to become the Omniverse's greatest hero yet. After surviving one horrific event after another, he becomes the Ashenin, a legendary class of warrior that is fated for miraculous deeds of redemption and reclaiming peace within the Sixteen Realms. A demonic creature and corrupted world leader known as the Darksaint plagues his home realm of Renalon, one of the Sixteen Realms of Ashelon. This Darksaint, once a revered leader of the realm, has altered his loyalties and is now the mightiest darkness this plane has ever seen. Thus far, and during his centurial reign as ruler of the most vicious, hellish beasts, neither able warrior nor military force has once confronted him and succeeded. The last honest leader of Renalon, the Sapphire Saint, is severely weakened by constant war and ultimately unsheathes her last line of defense, recruiting the Ashenin. He will be trained, tortured, and even driven to madness before finally acquiring the strengths this world only thought a man incapable of. With this newfound, otherworldly power, he will venture alongside the most gifted adventurers, overcoming the wildest of fantastical environments and the deadliest of situations, until finally . . . facing the Darksaint himself.
