Okay but not impressive
While this book is definitely informative I found it to be a little too much on the 'spooky' side, talking about the authors experiences as an astral renegade....
I understand she is trying to inform readers of what is on the 'other side' so they are prepared, but she seems to focus a lot more on the bad that's out there than the good because this is something she is interested in. For me, it turned me off of astral projection more than incline me towards it. In a way, stunting my own spiritual growth where I was well on my way before it instilled a bit of fear in me, inhibiting me further.
