The Author's Trap

Danette Lee is focused on her career for Ardor Publications. She's self-contained and reclusive, and likes it that way. However, she has just been put in charge of the difficult romance author, Yoichi Fasth. All she wants is to get this assignment over with so she can get back to her orderly world where she avoids others, especially men like Yoichi. Will she be able to resist this author's trap?

(EXCERPT) Before I could register the sound of triumph in his voice or understand what was going on his firm lips were on mine, blocking any further sound. Pleasure bloomed in me as warm as the first rays of the spring sun after a hard and cold winter. I was immersed in the passion I felt flowing from his body into mine until I was lost to the world around us. Hesitantly, his lips left mine. “Say something.” I blinked in confusion as I attempted to focus on his words. “I….I can’t.
