The Bittersweet Tea Shop

Perfect for fans of Sarah Beth Durst and Rebecca Thorne, this cozy fantasy romance from the author of Until the Clock Strikes Midnight is delightfully sweet and magically heart-warming.

Oriana Thistle can help someone relive their fondest memories through her food magick. Her talent—and her delectable baking—is why people flock to the family business, the Bittersweet Tea Shop. But her mother worries that Ori has been pushing her abilities too hard, neglecting her mental health, and is so focused on letting others relive their memories that she hasn’t been making her own.

When her mother leaves on a monthlong trip, leaving her in charge of the tea shop for the first time ever, she challenges Ori to try new experiences and create her own recipe for life. But not even hours after her mother leaves, a mysterious boy named Taro appears on the tea shop's doorstep to ask for Ori's help.

Taro also has memory magick, but he has accidentally broken the most important rule: When visiting a memory, never try to change it. Now his magick is unstable and diminishing at an alarming rate, and Ori may be the only one who can help him fix it before it disappears permanently.

Taro is powerful yet hapless, and far too pretty for his own good. But Ori can’t say no to someone in need. So they strike a deal: Ori will find a solution for his malfunctioning magick if he assists her in running the shop. Soon what begins as a convenient arrangement grows into something far more delicious.
