The Book of Nature Myths

The Book of Nature Myths is a book by Florence Holbrook, first published in 1904. A collection of fifty-four tales primarily aimed at children regarding folk tales around the world. Nearly all of them involve animals and each one is quite short. The author was a principal of a school in Chicago and adapted the stories included to appeal to the younger reader.
