The Boy

In a lawless stretch of the Old West, a Black boy watches his father—the fastest gun he ever knew—die at the hands of a faceless white mob.

Taken in by an aging outlaw prospector, the boy is raised on hard lessons: how to survive, how to shoot, and how to carry grief without letting it break him. But vengeance has a long memory, and as the boy grows into a man, so does the fire inside him.
