Teddy knows houses. And this house, the one on Bracken Street, it's a guaranteed, money-in-the-bank sale. Except, maybe, for that one rumor going around that the place is haunted. But Teddy doesn't believe in ghosts. Why would he? What's haunting the house on Bracken Street is hardly a ghost, after all. It's much worse.
