The Castro '76

San Francisco 1976: Harvey Milk leaves his friend Israel Wren to look after his apartment. On his first night Israel is dismayed to discover a movie star in the lounge room nervously smoking cigarettes. The celebrity has just escaped the clutches of a serial killer. 'The Doodler' haunts gay bars and sketches his victims before seducing and then knifing them. He has already killed fourteen gay men this way. The police don't seem too interested in protecting the gay community, so Israel takes on the task of tracking down the killer who sketches his victims before he kills them.
