One year ago, sixteen-year-old detective Nick Chance came within a hair's length of exposing his boarding school's most infamous thief. As Quentin digs to uncover the source of the e-mail, Nick is hot on his trail, waiting for the perfect opportunity to catch him in a legally compromising position. It doesn't help that they're both vying for the same girl, either. But as the threads in the mystery become unraveled, the stakes get higher.
