Publisher Description
When Jasmine's best friend vanishes without a trace, she'll do anything to find her, even follow mysterious strangers through a portal to another world.
But the Dark Lands are nothing like Earth. Here, powerful shifters called the Haunt rule with ancient magic and deadly politics. Worse, Jasmine's missing friend isn't who she thought: Wiley is actually Rihlia, a lost Haunt princess forced into an arranged marriage.
And Jasmine? She's a charmer—a human whose very presence drives Haunt males wild with desire. It's a power that makes her either the most valuable bargaining chip in the realm... or a target for assassination.
Keilor, the infamous Master of the Hunt, is assigned to guard her. He's arrogant. She's stubborn. He's bound by duty and ancient scars. She's determined to go home. But when political enemies target them both, and an undeniable attraction threatens to consume them, Jasmine faces an impossible choice:
Return to Earth and the lonely life she left behind... or risk everything for a love that could destroy them both.
Because in the Dark Lands, desire isn't just dangerous.
It's forever.

Customer Reviews
Good Read but not for children
This story should not be classified for children or youth. There is a lot of sexual content, I would not want my young daughter reading. I would not recommend it for children under 16 years of age. Ideally, they should be 18.
This book is good. I was disappointed in the lack of finesse used by the author to wrap the novel up. The ending was bland & disappointing for such a promising novel.
Spoiler alert: Would have liked for a series to develop around the children born.
Pretty weak
A pretty ridiculous read. The author glosses over parts of the story that should be quite thrilling. Some areas are started and never finished. It's a quick read that is good for when your bored and that's about it. What happened to the dog "Lemming"?
Awesome!!
I want a Symbiont!!! LOL it was a wonderful story and had all the elements I love: danger, love, bad guys and of course, HEA!!! Thanks for the great read!!
