The Dead Rise

In the depths of the Amazon rain forest, an archaeologist exploring ancient ruins discovers a mysterious artifact that heralds doom for all mankind.

In a high school half a world away, as the dead rise from their graves to overwhelm the living and consume their flesh, it is all that Jeremy can do to survive, despite the fact that he's suddenly gained mysterious superpowers.

As he gathers his friends and sets out to find other survivors, he realizes that he is not alone in possessing superpowers. A band of disparate men and women from all walks of life join together to put their collective strengths to work towards their search.

What they find is stranger and more terrifying than they ever could have imagined.
