The Discovery Apartments

Royden Doble and his family recently moved into a strange building called the Discovery Apartments. He soon realizes that this building is filled strange tenants including aliens and monsters. In fact his family are the only humans there. Royden learns a lot, but as things get treacherous he has to decide if he wants to stay or leave. Unfortunately for Royden, the decision isn't his to make.
