Scrachowaa ,

excellent!!!

I finished reading this book about a week ago and I've been meaning to write this review but haven't been able to start.. and since I'm having a hard time sleeping tonight and since I got inspiration in a quote I just read which I'll share later here I go.. I'm an avid reader and I like to hold a book in my hand but since I've moved to the suburbs and seldom venture downtown I bought this book on iTunes, the first book I've read digitally if I may add... it took me less then a week to read and I loved it.. I want to buy a copy for all my friends.. it was a fantastic read, very well written, inspirational, educational and thought provoking. I found myself talking about it to whoever would listen and quoting it wherever I could.. It's funny how we sometime just need to stop and rethink things in our lives.

Now here that quote that inspired me to finally write tonight: "What really knocks me out is a book that, when you're all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it. That doesn't happen much, though." J.D. Salinger

From the Heart

I am fortunate enough to have experienced much of what this author has to offer in the flesh and blood.
Personally speaking, self help books, meditation tools and written pieces of this nature are hard for me to buy into. I tend to buy these books whether in written or in audio format and despite my best efforts all I seem to hear are a bunch words that sound completely disconnected from the voice that is supposed to be representing them.
And perhaps it’s because I can put a name to the author’s face (and that adds a little bias), but I think it goes beyond that. Bram literally (no pun intended, oaky maybe a little) is his work and I genuinely believe that if you carefully listen to or read what he has to say, than you can practically hear the rhythm of his heart as you go from one page to another.

Bram gives clear and concise instructions for stepping up and living a life well-lived. If you want to push through the muck and mire and become the person you were meant to be, pick up a copy of this work. Thank you Bram for being one of those people than inspire, by refusing to stand for the status quo, and for speaking your voice so that others may also be heard.
